Together in Gratitude, Together for Change
Join us on November 2nd for our Thanksgiving & Fundraising Service — every gift brings hope and a brighter tomorrow for our children.
Through nutritious meals and quality education, we nurture every child’s body and mind — empowering them to rise above challenges and create a brighter tomorrow.
Tumaini Bethany Children’s Home is a faith-based ministry founded in June 2005 by the PCEA Nakuru West Parish. Born out of love and compassion from the PCEA Suburb Church Woman’s Guild, the home began with just three children — growing to 99 and expanding toward a vision of serving 400.
We provide holistic care to orphaned and vulnerable children — nurturing their spiritual, emotional, physical, and academic growth in a family-style environment.
At Tumaini, every child belongs, every soul is valued, and every gift helps us fulfill our mission:
“To spread the Gospel of Christ through care.”

We are called to love as Christ loved. Through every act of care — feeding, teaching, or comforting — we embody God’s compassion.

We work hand in hand with local churches, schools, and families to create sustainable support systems for children in need.

Every child is created in God’s image. We embrace inclusion, dignity, and respect — ensuring that every child, regardless of background, feels valued and loved.

Your giving brings life to our ministry. With your support, Tumaini provides daily meals, school fees, medical care, and a safe home for children who once had none. Every contribution — small or large — is a seed of hope planted in faith.

Through the kindness of our community and church partners, we organize annual fundraisers and thanksgiving services to sustain the home. Your participation helps us create a loving environment where children can learn, grow, and experience God’s grace.

Education is a powerful gift. Our programs — from the Baby Centre to High School Support — empower children to discover purpose, pursue knowledge, and build independent, faith-filled lives.

Serving at Tumaini is more than giving time — it’s sharing the love of Christ. Volunteers help mentor, teach, cook, farm, pray, and play — transforming lives through everyday acts of kindness.
Every donation, every volunteer hour, every share — it adds up to real change.
Every year, Tumaini Bethany Children’s Home joins hands with PCEA Nakuru West – Suburb Church and the community to celebrate God’s faithfulness and raise support for orphaned and vulnerable children under our care.
This year’s Thanksgiving and Fundraising Service is dedicated to nurturing 99 children and expanding our mission to reach 400. Your giving helps us provide food, education, medical care, and a loving home built on faith and compassion.
